Back in 2008, our founder, Lionel Ong was an outsourced IT engineer when he observed the inefficiency in the outsourced IT support industry. After an incident where he could not get away to support a client that was in trouble simply because he was scheduled to be placed at another client, he decided there has to be a better way of supporting clients and giving them consistent results instead of fire fighting.
He started Blazon Technologies in 2011 after ex-clients asked him to support their network. He looked at himself as the clients’ IT department and worked on giving them a stable network by implementing the best IT practices instead of only fixing things when they break down. Along the way, he researched ways to replicate that result to new clients and discovered that only proactive managed services can deliver that.
Today we offered managed services so all of our clients can experience the support and consistent result our founder wanted to deliver since that incident. In recent years, with the rise in cybersecurity threats, we have also added cybersecurity services as part of our managed service to protect our clients’ network. Ultimately our clients can focus on their core competency to thrive in their industries, knowing that they have an IT partner who is always supporting them from behind.
